The first of the four timed sessions in the European Championship – OK started in radiant sunshine with the heat tempered by a steady breeze. Gabriele Mini’ (Parolin / TM) and Dexter Patterson (KR / Iame) competed for 1st place and Patterson set 50”328, 5 hundredths ahead of Mini’. Axel Saarniala (Redspeed / Iame) finished 3rd at 0.123” ahead of Matias Salonen (KR / Iame) and Nikolas Pirttilahti (KR / Iame). Harry Thompson (FA Kart / Vortex) finished 7th by 2 tenths, with Tom Uzan (Kosmic / Iame) 12th ahead of Nicolas Picot (Kosmic / Iame).
The fastest of the second session, Kirill Smal (Tony Kart / Vortex) was placed 4th overall provisionally with his lap of 50”467, followed by three drivers at 5 or 6 hundredths, Luigi Coluccio (BirelART / TM), Guilherme De Figueiredo (KR / Iame) and Joel Mesch (KR / Iame). Matheus Morgatto (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 5th by a tenth, followed by Sami Meguetounif (Kosmic / Iame) and Gabriel Bortoleto (CRG / Iame). Sebastian Montoya (Tony Kart / Vortex) did not complete a single lap.
Mikkel Hojgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex) set the fastest time of the third session with 50”619, but it was clear that it was difficult to approach the times of previous session. Felix Arnold (KR / Iame), Franck Chappard (Redspeed / Iame) and Joshua Dufek (KR / Iame) followed by 4 hundredths in front of 5th, Juho Valtanen (Redspeed / Iame) and 6th Joseph Turney (Tony Kart / Vortex) at 6 hundredths. Morgan Porter (KR / Iame) was 7th at a tenth, ahead of Dilano Van T’Hoff (Exprit / TM), then Alex Irlando (BirelART / TM) 11th by two tenths.
The situation was different in the fourth and final session, with the top drivers quickly becoming more effective than those in Sessions 2 and 3. This meant that Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR / Iame), the fastest by a tenth, was at the top of the table in 2nd place overall. Dino Beganovic (Tony Kart / Vortex), in 2nd, was 4th overall. Taylor Barnard (KR / Iame) was 3rd in the group against Pedro Hiltbrand and Kobe Pauwels. Loris Cabirou (Kosmic / Iame) finished 8th by three tenths, and Thomas Imbourg (Kosmic / Iame) was 12th.
